Services Provided

Dynamic Fleet Services provides sales, leasing, parts, and related services for TICO terminal tractors (spotters) and accessories.

Eligibility

By using our services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract.

Orders and Payment

• Orders are subject to acceptance by Dynamic Fleet Services.
• Payment terms will be outlined in individual invoices or contracts.
• Late payments may incur additional fees.

Leasing and Financing

• Leasing terms are governed by separate lease agreements.
• Financing is subject to approval by third-party financing partners.
• Lessees are responsible for insurance, maintenance, and compliance with lease terms.

Shipping and Delivery

• We offer delivery of parts and equipment through select carriers.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Returns and Cancellations

• All sales are final unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Parts may be returned within 30 days if unopened and unused, subject to a restocking fee.
• Custom orders and leased equipment are non-refundable.

Limited Warranty

• New equipment may carry a manufacturer’s warranty.
• Used equipment and parts are sold “AS IS” unless stated otherwise in writing.
• No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.

Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Dynamic Fleet Services or its licensors.
• You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

• Dynamic Fleet Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold Dynamic Fleet Services harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of our services.
